A championship course designed by Earl Stone will be the location for our signature golf event in a scramble format beginning at 11:00 a.m. You’ll want to arrive a little early to register, practice your swing and perfect your putting. This picturesque golf course--located beside Mobile Bay and among the live oaks, cypress and other native plants--is an enjoyable layout for golfers of all skill levels. We invite you to stay for a delicious dinner and awards celebration following play. Cash bar for beer and cocktails.
Mardi Gras Day

February 21, 2012 — 8:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
Bring a lawn chair and let the good times roll as you join us for coffee and donuts and enjoy the parade from our front lawn. The Gulf Shores parade starts at 10:00 a.m. and concludes in time for you to claim a spot alongside Perdido Beach Blvd. (Hwy. 182) for the Orange Beach parade starting at 1:00 p.m.

1. Register for the events online at MeyerRE.com/WinterEvents or call 866-269-6914 and Meyer Vacation Rental staff will assist you with registration.
2. Winter Guest events are exclusively for Meyer Vacation Rentals guests.
3. Reservations may be made for up to four people.
4. Payment for the golf tournament must be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
5. Golf tournament fees are not refundable.
Monthly Rates Online
The basic monthly rates are displayed in the rental property search to aid you in choosing the ideal property for your needs and budget. A brand new online feature of the rental search shows the total price quote, including tax and fees. This feature is active for monthly rentals arriving January 1 or February 1 and departing February 1, March 1 or March 15. When you find a property of interest, click on it and view the new price quote in the left-hand column.

Rebooking Deadline for 2013 Winter Monthly Rentals
Your choice for winter accommodations for 2013 is very important, and we have established a system to enable you to reserve your preferred property for next year.
Please note that these critical dates are created to address the demand for rentals in the winter season and give you an advantage as our guest. Special note: These rebooking options apply to two-month rentals only.
2013 Winter Monthly Reservation Deadlines (two-month rentals only):*
Same property--by midnight February 7, 2012 (current Meyer guests only)
Your 2013 reservation for two or more months in the same property you reserved this year must be completed by midnight on February 7, 2012.
New property--February 8–13, 2012 (current Meyer guests only)
As a Meyer guest you have a window of time from 9:00 a.m. February 8, 2012 until midnight February 13, 2012 to reserve two or more months for 2013 in a different property than the one you reserved this year before it goes on the open market.
Open season - February 14, 2012 (beginning at 9:00 a.m. for all potential renters)
Beginning at 9 a.m. on February 14, 2012 everyone, not just current Meyer guests, may book two or more months for 2013.
*Note: One-month rentals will begin October 16, 2012. All rentals are tentative and based on the property owner renewing their contract and/or reserving time in their own property.
Reminders, Hints and Tips
Mail—Mail CANNOT be delivered directly to your vacation residence. Only property owners have access to onsite mailbox keys, which are government property, not transferable, and cannot be duplicated. Your mail may be forwarded by renting a Gulf Coast area mailbox from your local Postmaster prior to your arrival.
Phone calls—Local phone calls are free. Long-distance providers charge an access fee.
