Our cancellation policy

For new trips, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. After that, the time frame for cancellations varies based on the home you’ve booked.

Depending on the home, you must cancel at least 30, 60, 90, or 180 days before check-in to receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Call our local reservations team at 251.968.7516 to cancel. Read our full policy >

Travel insurance

We offer travel insurance. You’ll see the option to purchase it when booking your stay. It includes coverage for trip cancellation or interruption due to listed covered reasons, and additional benefits (such as for losses caused by travel delays or medical emergencies during your trip).   • CHECK-IN TIME

    • Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. CST.
    • Early check-in is not possible. We encourage you to enjoy our public beaches and attractions if you arrive in the area early.
    • Our housekeeping standards may require extra cleaning time for some properties, which may delay check-in.
    • Although keys may be released at 4:00 p.m., no guarantee is made that properties will be cleaned by 4:00 p.m.

    CHECK-OUT INFO

    • Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early departure key drop boxes are provided at Perdido Key or you may return keys during early departure to our Gulf Shores office (open 24 hours per day).

    Property location determines check-in and check-out office location.

    GULF SHORES OFFICE

    (1585 Gulf Shores Parkway Hwy. 59) check-in for Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan and Orange Beach properties. Open 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-per-week.

    PERDIDO KEY OFFICE

    (13700 Perdido Key Dr., Suite Bldg B Suite 125 @ Villagio) check-in for Perdido Key properties. Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday-Saturday. (Note: If check-in is after hours, arrival packages are located in a lockbox at the Perdido Key office.)

  • No, but Portacribs, baby beds and high chairs are available for a rental fee from local businesses:

    Note: Portacrib & baby bed sheets are not furnished.

  • Boats, trailers, jet skis, campers and motor homes are prohibited, with the exception of a few waterfront condominiums allowing limited boat trailer parking on a first-come, first-served basis (ask your reservation specialist for details).

  • No rental properties are equipped for handicapped accessibility.

  • The majority of our vacation rentals prohibit pets. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found in these properties, immediate eviction and a forfeiture of rent will occur.

    For properties that allow pets (either in non-summer seasons or year-round), be aware of weight restrictions. A pet fee will also apply to your reservation

    Dogs are prohibited on the beach in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Perdido Key, but are welcome on the beach in the Fort Morgan area.

  • CONDOMINIUMS: Each Condominium Association regulates the number of parking passes issued to rental guests for each size property within the building(s). At many properties the Association assesses a fee which we collect and remit to the association. Based on the Association regulations and fees you will receive one or two parking passes in your arrival package. Note: We cannot guarantee available parking space during peak occupancy weekends in summer. Some properties require parking passes to be purchased on site at the time of check-in.

    HOUSES: Parking passes are not required, however occupancy over the limit stated for the property is carefully monitored as evident by the number of parked cars.

  • There are no refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstance unless you purchased travel insurance and it is a covered event. We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance. Guests purchasing Travel Insurance may qualify for a refund through Red Sky Travel Insurance.   • Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive and Mobile Regional Airport is approximately a one-hour drive. See driving directions.

  • You may wish to contact any of the taxi services that operate in our area.

  • Gulf Shores: Canal Park Boat Launch

    Located on the south side of the Intracoastal Waterway on West Canal Drive, directly under the W.C. Holmes Bridge (the Highway 59 bridge crossing the Intracoastal Waterway). This is a well-maintained boat launch with a large, paved parking lot.

    Gulf Shores: Mo’s Landing

    • Located on the north side of Little Lagoon, across the street from Doc?s RV Park (17595 Fort Morgan Road).

    Orange Beach: Cotton Bayou Launch

    • Located on Cotton Bayou, north of the Beach Highway and just east of Highway 161 (near Rite-Aide). There are 2 ramps. Due to popularity, parking may be crowded.

    Orange Beach: Boggy Point Launch

    • Located at the end of Marina Road, east of Highway 161. This newly renovated launch is within view of the Alabama Point pass. Due to popularity, parking may be crowded.
  • If you believe you have left an item behind, contact the front desk and they will do their best to locate the item then ship it back for a fee.

  • In Gulf Shores and Orange Beach lifeguards patrol the public beaches only.Always take note of flags flying on public beach areas before entering the water. Below are the flag explanations. For tide information, call 251-968-TIDE.

    • GREEN FLAG: Conditions are calm.
    • YELLOW FLAG: Moderate surf and/or currents.
    • RED FLAG: High surf and/or strong currents ? no swimming. (Swimming while a red flag flies is ILLEGAL.)
    • DOUBLE RED FLAGS: The surf and currents are so rough that the water is closed to the public.
    • PURPLE FLAG: Dangerous marine life present (sharks, jellyfish, Portuguese man-of-war, skates, etc.).

    Only emergency vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach. Building a fire on the beach is not allowed. The use of fireworks on the beach is not allowed. Picking sea oats and walking on the dunes is against the law.
