This second floor condo is in a Lagoon front complex that sits across the street from the beach. There is a deeded beach access to the Gulf as well as a private beach area on the lagoon. It is one of the very few condo complexes the allow pets with owner approval! (see restrictions below). It is convenient to all the festivals in town throughout the year!

There is an additional beach area on the lagoon, which is ideal for the little ones, as there isn't any rip currents or undertow to worry about!
There is a prepaid parking pass required, with a 2 car maximum. This unit has a designated covered parking space too!
No more than 2 pets and no more than 25 pounds each are allowed at this condo, and must be registered, additional fee applied.
Please note this complex does not have elevators, and there are two flights to enter condo.
