Excellent beach view from your house or condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There are no other condos or houses between your balcony/deck and the beach. In the majority of properties your view will be panoramic, however at a few condos and houses the adjacent properties are situated closer to the beach on one or both sides, which makes your gulf view still direct but not panoramic. The walking distance to the water's edge varies by property.

Freshly laundered, sanitized linens are then packaged in sealed bags and delivered directly to your property for housekeepers to place on the beds.

With room for 6 guests, Plantation West 1232 is an immaculately maintained condo with room for the whole family. With breathtaking Gulf front views, guests will enjoy watching the sun rise over the sparkling waters while sipping coffee on their private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed with lots of room to spread out. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the sleeper sofa in the living room allows sleeping space for 6.
Take a dip in the resort style pool or take a stroll down the walkway to the Gulf of Mexico where you can swim in the emerald waters or play in the white sand with the kids. Have a contest to see who can make the biggest sand castle!
After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy a meal in the large well-appointed kitchen or eat at the on-site restaurant. There are several other options just a 5 minute drive away.
After dinner, watch the sunset while talking about the fun things you experienced and make plans for the next day!

Complex Description

The Plantation is a very well established, gated, and maintained property located adjacent to the famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course. One of the newer buildings at The Plantation, this 3 story complex features both Gulf front and Gulf view properties. Plantation West features a beautifully landscaped pool and courtyard as well as its' own beach walkway. A convenient laundry room is located on the 1st floor just steps from the elevator. Great attention has been given to maximize space in all of these units whether it is a one bedroom or a larger Gulf Front three bedroom unit. Property amenities include a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, a restaurant, and much more.

There is full-time security for that extra measure of safety.

Plantation West is located close to boat launches and a marina. There are several restaurants located within a 5 minute drive as well as a grocery store.

Historic Fort Morgan is minutes away as is the Dauphin Island Ferry.

Located 20 minutes from the heart of Gulf Shores, the hustle and bustle is still close enough for those who enjoy the sights and sounds but far enough to leave it behind for the quiet peacefulness of the Fort Morgan Peninsula.
