Located on Ole River, Mariner Pass consists of 51 condo units built in 2005. Mariner Pass in centrally located in Orange Beach and property amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, river-front pool, steam room, sauna, BBQ area, and exercise room. Perhaps the most popular amenity for Mariner Pass is the marina and its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico.

The location is outstanding...walk to dining and shopping or jump on your boat and head out to fish, island hop, dine, dance, and so much more!
