Each Meyer-managed property is outfitted with linens freshly laundered at Meyer's sister company Starr Textile Services. Starr's 30,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art commercial laundry facility is just a few miles north of the beach in Foley, with a second 70,000-square-foot location in New Orleans as backup if needed. Both facilities are equipped with the most modern, high-tech equipment, including a sorting machine, a tunnel washer, driers and ironers that fully sterilize and prepare fresh linens for your guests in a highly efficient, innovative and environmentally friendly process.

Vacationers want to return year after year to rental properties that are in tip-top shape. Staffed by a team of skilled, customer service-focused maintenance technicians, Meyer Services is on the job for our owner partners. Whether it's troubleshooting entertainment systems, TVs and WiFi; installing door and cabinet hardware; changing light bulbs, batteries or AC filters; or showing a guest how to operate a TV remote control, our team is always up to the task. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse is where all linens and terry are stored and prepared for housekeeping; housekeepers are trained in a mock condo setting; additional housekeeping and maintenance administrative personnel are stationed; and an emergency auxiliary site is fully equipped for complete company operations.
