Allows Dogs. Only dogs (no cats, birds, reptiles, etc.) are allowed in these designated houses. Certain weight restrictions apply. Certain seasonal restrictions apply to some properties. A non-refundable $125 fee is charged. Laws in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Perdido Key prohibit pets on the beach. Pets are allowed on the beach in the Fort Morgan peninsula area. Dogs should be on a leash at all times when outside the rental house.

Property Description

In Perdido Key, Fla., just east of Orange Beach, Ala., Ledlow is a unique beach house that can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 30 guests. A triplex, this 12-bedroom house can be divided into three equally sized sections with four bedrooms each. The dog-friendly house boasts an expansive balcony overlooking a beautiful stretch of the Gulf of Mexico. An outdoor shower makes it a breeze to keep sand outside where it belongs. Dining and living areas are spacious, with plenty of seating for large groups. The open kitchen and dining space makes it easy for friends and family to mix and mingle.
