Property Description
This is a charming 3/2 sleeps #14 This 2,868 sf ground level waterfront home is a great hideaway located on the inter coastal waterway at the entry of Wolf bay. Watch the Dolphins frolic in the water! You will find the view mesmerizing! It is minutes from the beach and multiple marinas, as well as the Wharf and the Orange Beach Arts Center. This home is conveniently located on canal Rd, just 1/10th of a mile east of Hwy 161. There are restaurants within walking distance, or enjoy the large open kitchen and dining room with wonderful views of the bay. The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of work/prep area for those memorable vacation meals with family and friends. There is a dry bar. The laundry room is ground level off of the kitchen. There is a large master King bed room off of the living room. The large master bath has a Jacuzzi with separate shower and his and hers vanities. The master bedroom, living room and dining room all open onto a large expansive covered deck overlooking Wolf Bay and all the splendor of the waterway. There is a shallow seawall that is ideal area to launch your kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and wind surfers!

The second floor has a very large great room with large wet bar with additional refrigerator. This room has a sleeper sofa as well as a futon. There is a waterfront Queen bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom that has a triple bunk (twin over double) with a Futon. Both the Queen and the 2nd floor great room open onto the 2nd floor covered deck that runs the width of the house with expansive 180 degree view of Wolf Bay and the Inter Coastal Canal.

There are 5 TVs / DVD. All bedrooms and 2nd floor great room have carpeting. The 1st floor living room, dining room and kitchen all have tile. There is a ground level entry door off the laundry room. No Smoking. Garage is not available for guest use (Owner storage) but it is ok to park in front of it. WIFI located in 1 st floor living room.

The house is available for the wedding and or reception. Tents are permitted on the property. City noise ordinance requires that after 10 pm is "quiet time"/A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $250 is required for Weddings.

** Note the driveway is accessed on Wolf Bay Circle which is a private road. The property owners have put "Do Not Enter" signs at the edge of Canal Rd and Wolf Bay Circle to keep this area private and a real "Hideaway."
