The perfect vacation home for large groups, or small ones that like lots of space! The Pearl East sleeps 28 with 8 king bed rooms, and two triple bunk rooms. The second floor living rooms have a wet bar with under counter refrigerator and ice machine for your convenience! If you are renting the entire duplex there are access doors at the kitchens and in the 2nd floor living rooms to convert to an 20 bedroom home sleeping 56, how cool is that!? It's a fantastic get away to create those holiday memories at the beach, too!

The elevator goes from ground level up to all of the floors. Each floor also has its own washer and dryer because when you are on vacation why would you want to carry your clothes up and down the stairs more than you absolutely have to!?

The Pearl is a great location for your dream beach wedding. The upper living area is ideal for the bridal or groom's party to gather in before the wedding!
