Magnificent beachfront house with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/4 baths. This is a truly unique home with a great floor plan and lots of room. The main floor offers a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV, DISH, access to the screened in porch and the beach boardwalk. The area is open to the kitchen and dining area, with seating for twelve at the dining table and bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded appliances including a large refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, and cappuccino machine. On the main floor are two bedrooms and two baths. The first master bedroom with king bed is one of three large bedrooms directly overlooking the gulf. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds. Upstairs are two more large bedrooms with king beds both accessing the upper deck with phenomenal view of the gulf. One has a large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, while the other also offers a king bed and a Jack and Jill style bath with private vanity. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Three bedrooms with king beds all offer flat screen TVs with DISH, while the other 2 bedrooms have TV and DVD players. 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, and a sofa sleeper provide family and friends space for 12. The covered area under the house provides ample parking and a wonderful area for grilling, with both a Weber and a Big Green Egg. A second refrigerator is located on the lower level entrance area to provide ample space for extra drinks for that large crowd. The first teir deck provides additional space as well as an outdoor shower. Beachmouse East is nestled in the quiet, low density Bay to Breakers community. This home offers so much for the family vacation - gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, direct access to the private beach with sugar white sand, community pool, and a fishing pier on the Bay side, which offers yet another beautiful view of the sunset. Historic Fort Morgan is located only 2 miles away. There is a nearby marina with boat ramps and rentals, and fishing charters. Ferry to Dauphin Island for a day trip to shopping, amusement park, restaurants and more. Fishing is great on the bay and surf sides. Nearby find water sports, nature trails, bird watching, frequent dolphin sighting, and nearby golf courses (Peninsula and Kiva Dunes). Get away from the crowds, but keep the amenities near by in this beautiful area.
