The Wharf Amphitheater Concert Schedule

The Wharf has been a great addition to the Orange Beach Waterway, conveniently located on Canal Road at the foot of the Foley Beach Express Bridge. Concerts are held in the 10,000-seat outdoor amphitheater. It is such a cool place because they kept with the whole natural "wharf" feel throughout. Venture over wooden boardwalks through the wetlands to enter the arena. There really isn't a bad seat in the place because they have two huge Jumbotron screens that make you feel closer to the stage even if you are seated in one of the top tiers.

Unique shops and restaurants are situated by the marina so you can watch the boats come and go as you enjoy some oysters on the half shell, sushi, or any number of other delectable dishes. The Oasis pool area is incredible. Float the lazy river, relax in a hammock, cool off in the zero-entry pool or really cool off at the tiki bar! If weather forces you indoors, catch a movie at the theatre or find a breeze on the Ferris wheel. The view from atop the Ferris wheel is amazing, especially at night. Reserve a condo at The Wharf for your favorite live performances.

In country music, there are the rule breakers and the rule makers – artists who defy trends to pave something new, something original, something maybe a little shocking at the time. Johnny Cash. Lynyrd Skynyrd. Alabama. Waylon Jennings. Garth Brooks. These are the forces who took the bones of an American musical legacy and burst through with their own unique voice – leaving, in their wake, the seeds of the future. And now, on the tail end of a whirlwind few years that catapulted them to the top of the charts and to the center of fans’ hearts across the world, is Florida Georgia Line, claiming their spot in the grand tradition of these Music Row renegades. How’d they do it? One simple mantra, really.

“ANYTHING GOES,” says the Georgia half of FGL, Tyler Hubbard. “It says it all. No boundaries, no genre, no rules.” Living according to their own doctrine, in their own completely singular creative space, has become the lifeblood of Florida Georgia Line. So much so, that when it became time make the follow-up to their smash trendsetting – not to mention chart-topping, 2X Platinum debut – HERE’S TO THE GOOD TIMES, there was only one option: ANYTHING GOES.

“There’s a little something for everybody in there,” says Hubbard. “If that helps shape where country is heading, or breaks down walls, then great. But it’s just what Florida Georgia Line has always done.”

Since forming in 2010, Florida Georgia Line has taken the songwriter skills honed from their early days in Nashville and shredded them to bits, all while simultaneously using the deep roots of country music to build something new and totally thrilling. From the most raucous party moments to unexpected self-reflective odes, FGL is an unstoppable powerhouse only looking to answer to themselves, and, perhaps most importantly, their fans.

PRICE: $39.75-$56.75  Order Online
ARTIST: Keith Urban ::

In September 2013 Urban released his seventh studio album FUSE. His fourth #1 album marked the first time that a male Country artist has debuted atop the all-genre charts in the United States, Canada and Australia.

The album’s first single, “Little Bit of Everything” took the top spot on the Country Singles Chart, as did “We Were Us”, featuring Miranda Lambert, which gave Urban a streak of five consecutive #1 songs (dating back to 2011’s “Without You”).

In 2001, the Country Music Association honored Urban with its Horizon Award, designating him a talented artist with a bright future. He is the first Horizon Award winner in history to go on to win the CMA’s Male Vocalist of the Year, a title he’s captured three times, and the coveted Entertainer of the Year. Since then Urban’s career has seen a long list of groundbreaking firsts and accomplishments reserved for the music industry’s elite.

He’s the first Country artist to be named an American Idol judge, a role he will reprise for the show in its 15th season, and is a four-time GRAMMY® Award winner who has also won a People’s Choice, American Music Award and been nominated for a Golden Globe. He’s won eight Academy of Country Music Awards, is nominated for six more (in 2014), and has had 16 #1 songs and five consecutive platinum or multi-platinum albums. Basically, we are all responsible for the preservation of our personal joy; but happiness is different. Joy is not circumstantial, happiness is. You can be depressed and still have joy. You can be suicidal and still have joy. We all stop thinking and we all stop talking and we all stop sharing and we all stop creating, because by doing any of these things we quickly find out just how unhappy we are. But that's okay. That's normal. Don't let the fear of unhappiness cripple your pursuit of finding what it is you believe. Since joy is found in belief, we all have to push through unhappiness to find joy. Basically.
