Seasonal Control Center Agents needed for Control Center Department. Responsibilities include clerical/general office support to housekeeping and maintenance departments. Performing internal/external customer service functions. Experience in Microsoft Applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel; excellent telephone etiquette and strong written and oral communication skills. Property Plus and 5 Star Hospitality is a plus but not required. Strong computer and internet skills, flexibility in work schedule, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well with various levels of internal staff, and external customers. Position handles inbound/outbound calls performing general administrative duties, including word processing, and data entry. Schedule includes Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun and some Holidays. Position is Seasonal/Part Time, 6-10 hours/day, April thru Labor Day 2014.
