Quality Assurance Inspector - SEASONAL Responsibilities include the inspection of rental properties to insure housekeeping cleaning standards have been met, inspection of rental properties for guest damages, and reporting of maintenance issues. Must be willing to work as a team. Position requires general office experience. Ability to coach housekeepers and strong time management skills are required. Must have own reliable transportation, clean driving record and proof of valid auto insurance. Must be available to work flexible schedule including every weekend and holidays.
Person(s) who are hired as a quality assurance inspector may be given the opportunity to train as a Housekeeping Service Coordinator as (if) the position becomes available throughout the season.
Housekeeping Service Coordinators perform hands on training in the field with international housekeepers as well as new housekeepers. Guide new housekeepers through orientation and training program prior to being scheduled to clean. Ensure that the international housekeepers are transported from start and end of work day.
