Quality Assurance Inspector - SEASONAL Responsibilities include the inspection of rental properties to insure housekeeping cleaning standards have been met, inspection of rental properties for guest damages, and reporting of maintenance issues. Must be willing to work as a team. Position requires general office experience. Ability to coach housekeepers and strong time management skills are required. Must have own reliable transportation, clean driving record and proof of valid auto insurance.
Person(s) who are hired as a quality assurance inspector may be given the opportunity to train as a Housekeeping Service Coordinator as (if) the position becomes available throughout the season.
Housekeeping Service Coordinators host, develop, lead, train and transport multi-cultural international team members within the vacation rental industry. Train in all areas ranging from customer service, housekeeping and transportation. Work closely in the field with a small group of international seasonal students to prepare properties for guest/owner arrivals, maintain departmental production and quality standards.
