Job Description Individual's primary duties include aggressively seeking qualified candidates for all seasonal and full time job openings within the companies. Creative, high energy and results oriented individuals will handle all aspects of recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, skills assessments, on-boarding and terminating. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, pre-screening candidates and matching skills and knowledge to job openings.Minimum 3 years experience in Recruiting and /or Human Resources. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or other related field preferred. Proven abilities in proper interviewing techniques and legal implications associated with same.Working knowledge of basic employment regulations preferred (EEO, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, I-9 and E-verify).
