Seeking 1st & 2nd Shift Customer Care Professionals to greet and check-in/out guests, as well as handle guest issues in person and/or over the telephone. Excellent oral & written communication skills a must; keen attention to detail; work independently as a self-starter with little supervision and ability to work well with others. Requires excellent telephone skills with proven ability to resolve customer issues for win-win results. Previous hotel/resort customer service experience preferred. Above average working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Requires flexible working schedule including weekends and holidays.
