Meyer Vacation Rentals is looking for bright, smiling faces to join our Guest Relations Team during the 2016 season. Ideal candidates will be up beat, hard working, eager to learn, professional, honest, an have a strong desire to help others.
The position requires the individual to meet and greet guests professionally in person or by telephone and efficiently perform all duties relating to check-ins.
Requires excellent oral & written communication skills; keen attention to detail; ability to work independently as a self-starter with little supervision as well as in a team environment. Proven ability to resolve customer issues for win-win results a must. Previous hotel/resort customer service experience preferred. Above average working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Meyer Vacation Rentals is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. This position requires a flexible working schedule including weekends and holidays. Shifts range from 1st (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM); 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM); and 3rd (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
These positions are seasonal and will begin in late February and last through mid September. All positions are subject to pre-employment drug screens and criminal background screens, including motor vehicle report.
