Job Description

Part Time Administrative Assistant needed to support laundry facility in New Orleans. Basic accounting/administrative/general office experience within professional office setting. Computer savvy with exp. in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent Organizational and Business Communication Skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high traffic office setting. Ability to work rotating schedule to include weekends and holidays. 
  • compile numerical/statistical data, reconcile daily billing, create inter-office forms 
  • create invoices for daily customer deliveries
  • record daily revenue and post payments to A/R
  • provide administrative support to leadership team
  • write business correspondence
  • coordinate staff scheduling needs with Supervisors and employees
