Experienced office professional capable of managing all administrative aspects of a fast paced environment.
Responsible for administrative functions relating to billing, reporting, accounting, data entry and customer communications.
General office duties include professional handling of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining inventory of all forms used
within plant, transfer of data for financial reporting, transmittal of new hire paperwork and confidential employee
communications to HR, organization and overall workflow of the office.
