Job Description

Accounting Clerk II - Professional,  energetic, upbeat and dependable candidate(s) that takes pride and initiative in their work! Provide support to the Accounting Team.  Minimum 3 years general office, A/P, A/R, and Bank Reconciliation needed. Position requires complete understanding and ability to work in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Responsibilities include answering phones, routing calls and/or answer questions. Ability to assist internal customers; open, sort and distribute mail for Accounting Department.  Daily responsibilities include but not limited to Balancing of Individual Report and Daily Master Cash Receipts, as well as Run Daily Reports, Post to Excel and Prepare all Audits. Must be organized and have attention for detail.

Full Time with benefits after 90 day grace-period, typical M-F work schedule, 8am to 5pm with possibility for some overtime and may need to be available to work some Saturdays to meet business needs.
