Job Description

Seeking Guest Relations Representative/Comment Card Specialist (full-time).  Customer Care professional with excellent oral & written communication skills; must have keen attention to details; work independently as a self-starter with little supervision. Requires excellent telephone skills with proven ability to resolve customer issues for win-win results. Previous resort customer service experience preferred; in lieu of resort experience, must have minimum 2 years experience in professional office setting; requires flexible working schedule, ability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift. High school diploma required; above average working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel). Schedule includes weekends and holidays.
