Job Description

Rental Administration Specialist (full-time) - Looking for professional, upbeat, energetic candidate.  Minimum 2 years experience in vacation rental management, Propery Plus experience preferred. Extreme attention to detail through excellent organizational and time management skills. Working knowlege of MS Office (Word, Access, Excel), general accounting skills a plus! Responsible for initial input of property data into Property Plus, MIS and other critical systems. Professional with ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as excel in team environment. Schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekends/overtime as required to meet deadlines.
