Job Description

Provide full time administrative support within Owner Relations Dept to enhance communication with Orange Beach property owners by building stronger professional relationships with all property owners. Minimum 2 years experience in professional office environment with emphasis on customer service, team work, focus on organization and time management. Previous experience in resort rental management preferred. Attention to details and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced office environment; ability to work independently within direct supervision - self starter; excellent verbal and written communication skills with mastery of English language; above average working knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); above average math and reading comprehension skills.  Hourly, schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.  Overtime as required to meet business needs within department.
