Job Description

Seeking Customer Care professional (Seasonal Front Desk, 2nd Shift) to greet and check-in/out guests, as well as handle guest issues in person and/or on the telephone, coordinate with other departments ensuring all check-in packets are made correctly and in a timely manner.  Previous hotel/resort customer service experience preferred.  Must have flexible working schedule.  Weekends and holidays required.
