Job Description

Lead Owner Relations team in effecient and profitable operations of the vacation rental properties; direct programs for acquisition of new properties; enhance a culture filled with long-term business relationships through STAR Treatment; plan and administer policies and programs while promoting team work within the department and collaboration across all SH Enterprises entities.

Experience in contract negotiation, sales and systems development and deployment. Proven history of leading teams of 10+ employees with attention on employee training and development.

Ability to organize and develop business plans offering professionalism that represents the company as energetic, upbeat and dependable.  

Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.  Ability to develop high performing teams and an advocate for all team members.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.  Foster positive working relationships with Association Management companies.  Delegates details as needed to develop skill sets within team members.
