Job Description

Lead Owner Services team to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our owners and guests as well as managing a diverse portfolio of rental properties. Manage, direct and support the team as they create a professional and trusted relationship with owners to enhance a contractual obligation which leads to a more profitable operation.

Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations to create win/win/win solutions for the Company, owners and guests. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.  Foster positive working relationships with team members. 

Mimimum 5+ years supervisory experience in vacation rental, housekeeping and/or comparable commercial setting. During peak season, required to work weekends and holidays.
