Job Description


To effectively research, develop, coordinate and present training/development programs for all employees using a variety of media that exemplify and promote the desired culture and philosophies of the company. 
 Ability to solve problems while teaching the Meyer traditions of excellent customer-care. Position requires having the ability to instill in others a deep intuition for helping others. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assess training/development needs for Meyer Vacation Rentals & drive initiatives relevant to these needs; to include soft skill training & general business skills

  • Identify & coordinate training solutions, develop, write & maintain updated training procedures (manuals)

  • Research, design & implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance & help others grow 
    in leadership

  • Evaluate & measure effectiveness of all traing programs.

    Extreme use of visual graphics design ability, use of 'bigger and better' creative ideas and extremely knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Systems. Ability to solve problems while teaching the Meyer traditions of excellent Customer-Care. Position requires having the ability instill in others a deep intuition for helping others. 
    Requires 2 years training and/or teaching experience
