Job Description

Assisting the Front Desk of the Service (housekeeping and maintenance department) or in scheduling of routine residential maintenance, repair and/or property deliveries, data entry needed for work orders, assist newly hired housekeepers and inspectors communicate from the field back into the office. Must be comfortable working in coastal environment. Experience in over-the-phone customer service, internet navigation, Outlook, Word and Excel. Property Plus experience also a plus. Clean driving record, ability to work in team environment, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Position is seasonal and requires a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
