Job Description

Seeking Customer Care professional (Full Time Front Desk, 3rd shift) to greet and check-in/out guests, as well as handle guest issues in person and/or on the telephone, coordinate with other departments ensuring all check-in packets are made correctly and in a timely manner.  Previous hotel/resort customer service experience preferred. Must have flexible working schedule.  Ability to work 3rd shift, 11pm to 7am.  Position is full time with benefits. Weekends and holidays required.
