Property Director - Orange Beach (1 position available). Liaison between Owners and Meyer Vacation Rentals internal departments to ensure communication in all aspects of rental unit management. Create a professional and trusted relationship to enhance contractual obligations with rental owners. Minimum 2 years experience in rental management or similar position within hospitality industry with strong emphasis on customer service. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Ability to learn industry specific software and previous experience with resort rental management software preferred. Demonstrate computer proficiency with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with exceptional interpersonal and listening skills. Strong math, reading and English skills. Experience in negotiating problematic situations with excellent people skills. Capable of working effectively individually and in a team setting; self-starter. Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to use on a daily basis. Scheduled included Monday - Saturday; holidays included.
