Treat the kids (and adults, too!) to a fun-filled breakfast feast at the Hangout restaurant in Gulf Shores this summer. This is one of the area’s most popular family-friendly summer shows.

Summer Is For Pirates & Princesses

Throughout the summer, the crew at the Hangout welcomes families for the three-times-daily Pirates and Princesses Breakfast Adventure.

The Hangout’s team of pirates and princesses entertain by leading sing-alongs and treasure hunts, playing games with the kids, performing magic tricks and more.

Breakfast items include scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. The price for breakfast and the show is $16 for adults, $8 for children 6-10, and free for children 5 and under.

For an additional charge, there are daily specials for Bloody Mary’s and mimosas for the grownups.

Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations made in advance are recommended. Show times are 8-9 a.m., 9-10 a.m., and 10-11 a.m.

The Fun Never Stops At The Hangout

The fun happens at the Hangout all year long.

Whether you’re in the mood for fresh Gulf seafood or a tasty hamburger (or something in between), the iconic Hangout restaurant should be on your short list of restaurants to visit while you’re on vacation on the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.

Every day at the Hangout is a celebration. The emcee hosts games and contests for the whole family. You can also play in the sand pit, join in on free pick-up games of table tennis, foosball, four square and other activities outside in the courtyard. There are also plenty of live music and shows that take place on the main stage outside.

Enjoy good clean fun with the family foam parties where kids can run around and play in the bubbles. Or, relax by the fire pit or take photos of yourself and your friends in the giant beach chairs.

Before or after breakfast, lunch or dinner, head over to the public beach. The Gulf Shores Public Beach is right across from the restaurant.

The Hangout Music Festival Rocks In May

The Hangout and the surrounding area is also the site of the famous Hangout Music Festival, which attracts tens of thousands of people to the beach in May for three days of music, festivities, and pure fun. More Dining Options

Just across the street, you’ll find other dining spots in the Hangout family of restaurants, including Picnic Beach and Sunliner Diner. The Gulf restaurant in Orange Beach is another great place to dine. Enjoy a variety of seasonal menu selections while relaxing outside and watching the surf roll in. This restaurant is steps away from scenic Alabama Point.

Follow The Excitement With Some Quiet Time
