There’s nothing quite like celebrating Easter on the Gulf Coast.
Dye eggs in the kitchen of your beachfront vacation rental, enjoy brunch with the entire family around the dining table, or go out for breakfast or brunch at one of many seafood restaurants available in the area.
There are even fun holiday activities to enjoy, including taking photos with the Easter Bunny at the Wharf in Orange Beach.
Dress up the children (and adults, too!) in their Sunday finest, or opt for a more casual approach as you visit with the bunny himself. There are a variety of packages available in varying prices to choose from.
After everyone has had their pictures made, browse the shops or dine in one of the on-site restaurants. You could even catch a movie, enjoy a gelato or indulge in a tasty coffee drink.
Want to participate in Easter church services? Easter Sunrise Services are held at Alabama Point in Orange Beach east of Perdido Pass.
Additionally, all churches in the area welcome visitors, including the Central Church at Flora-Bama, where worship takes place on the beach.
If you attend the Flora-Bama church service, stick around for face painting and children’s crafts to be held in the tent behind the Flora-Bama. A little later, let the kids head to the beach for an Easter egg hunt and a visit with the Easter Bunny.
The Easter Bunny will skydive onto the beach, and kids will have a chance to have their picture taken with him inside the tent after he lands.
Stay in a Perdido Key condo to be near all the Easter fun.
