September is a fantastic time to come to the beach. It's a little bit quieter than it is during the summertime. But there's still a ton of fun to be had! Come for Bulls on the Beach, to be held Sept. 7 and 8 at the iconic Flora-Bama on the Alabama/Florida state line. The entire family is guaranteed to have a blast!
The action is billed as high-energy, rock-and-roll style bull riding featuring professional bull riders from across the Southeast.
If you’d like to try your hand at a little bull riding, give the mechanical bull a try for only $5 per ride.
Gates open at 6 p.m., each night, with the action getting under way at 8 p.m.
Ticket prices are $25 for adults 18 years and older, $15 for teens from 7-17, and kids 6 years old and under are free. Ticket prices for both nights are $40 for adults and $20 for teens.
On any given Tuesday or Wednesday March through November, you are likely to be able to watch the Blue Angels practice at the National Museum of Naval Aviation.
