The 68th Annual Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival will be held March 20-22, 2020, on the quaint streets of historic Fairhope.
Free and open to the public, the festival will bring more than 200 exhibitors from all over the country to participate in a juried show.
The festival annually attracts between 250,000 and 300,000 visitors and has been named by the Alabama Office of Tourism and the Southeast Tourism Society as an award-winning event. It has also been named in the Top 100 festivals by Sunshine Artists Magazine.
Delicious food and live entertainment are also part of this event.
Proceeds from the festival are used to support the arts in the local community.
This free event is the perfect way to celebrate spring in the South - the activities of the festival take place on the quaint streets of downtown Fairhope, where azaleas and thousands of other flowers are in full bloom during this time of year.
Fairhope is a short, scenic drive from Gulf Shores, giving you the opportunity to see some of the more rural parts of Baldwin County. Take U.S. Hwy. 98 east to Fairhope to see Foley, Silverhill and Magnolia Springs.
On the way back to Gulf Shores, stop at Tanger Outlets in Foley or Downtown OWA for more shopping opportunities.
With so many artists’ booths to peruse, plan to make a long weekend of the festival in a two-bedroom condo at the beach.
