Reciprocal License

If you hold a current Salesperson's or Broker's license in another state, you may obtain a reciprocal Salesperson's or Broker's license by doing the following:

  • Submit an application and an official "Certificate of Licensure" form (license history) showing you hold that current license in another state. This certification can be obtained from the Real Estate Commission Office in that state. This certification must have been issued within 90 days of our receipt of your reciprocal license application.
  • Complete the reciprocal license application and submit it with the required attachments and fees.
