Receptions in duplexes are only allowed where both sides of the
duplex are rented for the event. Parking should be limited to 1 car
per bedroom, plus 2 cars. We require a $250 damage deposit in
addition to the required security deposit for the property. The
number of people inside the house at any given time should not
exceed the maximum occupancy and minimum stay requirements must be
met. Tents on the beach are allowed but Quiet Time starts at 10 p.m.
