  1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
  2. Void where prohibited.
  3. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents ages 18 and over.
  4. Limit one (1) entry per household.
  5. Entries must include name and e-mail address to be valid.
  6. No need to be present to win.
  7. Giveaway registration begins November 16, 2007 and ends May 15, 2008.

Giveaway

  1. Giveaway winner may choose accommodations during the date range of June 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, subject to availability. Holidays are excluded from giveaway.
  2. This Giveaway is sponsored and promoted by Meyer Real Estate, P.O. Box 1359, Gulf Shores, AL 36547.
  3. Meyer Real Estate shall have no liability whatsoever for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  4. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  5. One winner will be chosen from among all entrants by a random drawing in Gulf Shores on or about May 19, 2008.
  6. Winner will be announced at Meyer Real Estate’s Gulf Shores office (1585 Gulf Shores Parkway) on or about May 19, 2008.
  7. Winner will be notified by email or phone call within 5 days from the date of the drawing.
  8. Winner must reply to the Meyer Real Estate notification within 5 days to be eligible to claim the giveaway. After 5 days, if Meyer Real Estate has received no contact from the winner, a new winner will be chosen.
  9. The winner hereby grants to Meyer Real Estate the unrestricted right to use and publish the winner’s proper name, city, state and likeness on-line and in print in any other media in connection with the Giveaway, where legal.
