Dave Johnson

Dave Johnson is a talented singer/songwriter and entertainer from Pensacola. In 1978, he was introduced to the Flora-Bama lounge where he started performing regularly. The world-famous roadhouse is still his home base whenever the wind and tides carry him back to Perdido Key. In 1992 Dave recorded his first CD titled The Kitchen Tapes, which was re-released as Sub-Tropical in 2006. Dave's second CD, Grass, was a collection of bluegrass and country that featured some of the Gulf Coast's finest pickers, including John Joiner, Guthrie Trapp and Nick Branch. Alive in Boot Key Harbor, his 3rd CD, was released in 2011.
