Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) is a professional association of vacation rental companies that strives to increase the quality, service level, and professionalism of housekeeping to both rental unit owners and rental guests. VRHP is committed to providing outstanding educational opportunities for members so that through education and networking with colleagues, the level of service provided is the highest standard possible.

VRHP was founded in November of 1999 and is a non-profit organization with members in vacation destinations across the country.

The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA)

The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) is a professional trade association for the short-term property management industry. Membership in the association indicates that the vacation rental company aspires to a code of standards and ethics. VRMA members attend seminars and conferences designed to increase professionalism and hone customer service skills. The employees and management of VRMA companies are dedicated to providing the best housing options for the public.

VRMA began as the Association of Vacation Home Rental Managers in 1985 and over the years, the network of members has grown to over 500 companies.

Community Associations Institute

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is the only national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. The mission is to assist community associations in promoting harmony, community, and responsible leadership. By giving board members, managers, and homeowners the knowledge they need to better run their associations, they can turn "owners" into "neighbors," increasing harmony, and leading to more prosperous, safer communities.

CAI was founded in 1973 as a multi-disciplinary non-profit alliance serving all stakeholders in community associations. They provide education and resources to America's residential condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations, and to the professionals and suppliers who serve them. CAI has more than 16,000 members in 55 chapters throughout the United States.
