STARR TEXTILE SERVICES SPONSORS DIRTY LINEN NIGHT – NEW ORLEANS, LA – Starr Textile Services of Louisiana along with the Arts Council of New Orleans and Bevolo Lighting presented Dirty Linen Night on August 11 in New Orleans’ French Quarter between the 200 to 1000 blocks of Royal Street from Iberville to Ursulines.
