Last month professionals from Meyer Services attended the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) annual national conference at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. The group represented the largest attendance from a single company, as well as the most Certified Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals, Certified Inspectors and Certified Housekeepers from the Gulf Coast.

According to Loretta Ison, Meyer Services Housekeeping Manager, “The sessions, as well as networking with similar staff from around the country, provided excellent information regarding new industry trends, processes for improvement and safe, effective products. Our commitment to stay on the cutting edge of ideas and technology will allow us to evaluate and implement the best practices and products into our business. This will result in better care of the 1600+ vacation rental properties we service and in the continued satisfaction of customers.” Ison further states “The sessions included the latest information about chemicals, technology, appliance myths, electronic keyless entry (KABA) locks and much more about quality standards.” She adds, “Our team especially benefited from the sessions on Hospitality Housekeeping Training since our focus for 2012 will be continuous improvement of our training program along with assisting our housekeeping employees to join us in making a commitment to quality.”
